    "I had requested a quote for siding and windows, and they were very responsive with getting me scheduled and wanting to come out as soon as possible. When the agent did come ou, he stood on our deck for maybe five minutes asked what we were wanting to do. We let him know we wanted a quote on new siding and new windows due to some of our windows being original wood and very old with some not opening very easy. He asked how many windows were looking at and I had quoted nine with his response “Oh wow OK then I’ll just quote you for standard windows”as that’s what they look like and most homes are standard”. He did not do any measuring, he did not come into my property, he did not walk around our home or anything. We have all different size windows throughout our house. We also wanted to do one larger bay window in our living room, but he just asked my name, phone number, email, said that the quote will come via email to check spam as sometimes it gets sent there. He then finished writing on his notepad picked up his paper and left, leaving behind his tape measure on our deck. But again no measuring or looking at our home was done. All I can say is we will not be using this company or referring. I did call that day when the agent left to let them know the tape measure was left and to ask if it is normal to not come in, walk around or see which windows they will be replacing. I still have not received a call back so we will not be recommending or using this company for our projects."

    "We used ACRI in 2018 to put on a new roof. The workers were efficient and excellent about cleaning up after. Roberta was our first contact and she was very helpful with the selection process of choosing and explaining the right materials for the job. Because of that experience, we decided to use ACRI again in replacing some windows this year. Once again, Roberta was well equipped with showing us our options with the different products and we are thrilled with the results! The men who came to install our windows, did a very nice job and I would definitely recommend them! It’s hard to find a business you can count on to have integrity and care about the work they do!"

    "do provide good installation service and quality products , door and windows were left wide open on our property at the end of the work day our home is being remodled and we were not liveing in it full time but it did still have our personal property in it the roofers entered the house and garage without discussing it with my first they left a rusty microwave and empty bottles cans on our front porch at the end of their work days they were provided with my contact number and the company was advised they could call and i would be at the siite within 5 minutes, the contract clearly stated all gutters were to be left for us as they were copper and we would dispose of them this was a recommendation of your salesman and i fully agreed yet the workers took all gutters away obviously they did not read the work instructions in the contract acri management agreed to reduce bill by $100 we will never know what the salvage brought"
