"I shopped around and had five roofing companies come to the house to estimate a new roof. I chose Stevens because of their great reviews, they are local and their price was in the mid-range of the bunch. Now, I give them five stars and this is why: 1) The estimator came to the house wearing a Stevens shirt and a mask (Covid times). 2) He answered my questions and even referred me to a different company for a gutter project. 3) Stevens agreed to meet my expedited completion date and they did. 4) The office manager allowed me to bring shingle display boards home and even gave me addresses in the area where those particular shingles were on houses. This allowed me to see the roof colors in day light on houses. 5) The lead roofer introduced himself to me and asked if I had any questions. Of course the crew was on time on the scheduled date. 6) The install was done in one day and the clean up was impeccable. THEN, our nearly new HVAC until stopped working and it was 85 degrees outside. The HVAC company looked at the unit and saw that a few roofing nails punctured the copper refrigerant line on the HVAC until. In this house, the copper HVAC line is very close to the underside of the shingles. 7) I informed Stevens of the HVAC company explanation. Stevens apologized, asked if we were cool enough and said they would look into it. 8) After the HVAC company replaced the punctured copper line and put in new refrigerant, the HVAC worked perfectly. 9) Stevens Roofing did the right thing and paid the HVAC bill in full. For all these reasons, I recommend Stevens Roofing for their professionalism and integrity. I am so glad I chose this company."

"We had a great experience with them. Their price was reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the job was done on time. They did a great job with cleanup, and our new roof looks great. It passed the wind mitigation test, which helps with the insurance. We did have a small issue we discovered afterwards, but they came back right away and fixed it. I would definitely recommend them to a friend."
