"In the beginning, communication was good (almost excessive). Now, they have their money and we have leaky gutters at every corner. There has been no resolution in several months (roof was done in June and it is October). I continue to follow up and they assure they will take care of the problem but nothing gets done. They also were in such a big hurry they worked through a pouring down rainstorm and we had water coming in through the light fixtures. Don't let the initial high quality service when trying to get your business fool you. Slaters care about quantity and not quality."
