"We had our roof damaged from Hurricane Ian, and a salesman from Sheegog was in the neighborhood and asked if he could inspect the roof. Jesse Scott went on the roof and took over 80 pictures of the damage and assured us we needed a new roof. He later met with the insurance adjuster and was helpful in getting our insurance company to approve the roof replacement. We scheduled a date for the work, and the construction team was there bright and early to remove the roof and get it covered on day one, and on day two the new roof was installed. The roofers were outstanding in their workmanship and efficiency. Throughout the process we were kept informed of all aspects of the project, and were able to communicate with office staff about any concerns or questions regarding materials, costs, insurance questions, warranties, upgrades, and timing. Throughout the project the Sheegog team was available by phone, text, or email, and the staff was always pleasant, informative, and helpful. Many thanks to Jesse, and Caila, Erin, and the rest of the Sheegog team. We heartily recommend this awesome company!"

"Sheegog provided an excellent roofing experience. My situation was complicated. I had just signed a contract to sell my home. A few weeks later a massive hail storm hit my neighborhood and I needed to file a claim. At the same time, there was a closing deadline. Sheegog went the extra mile to expedite replacing the roof to help me meet the closing deadline, but then they went an extra mile further. Insurance was slow to complete the payout and Sheegog worked with them and me directly to figure out how to meet the closing date. The insurance company was excellent, but payouts are slow. I eventually had to pay out of pocket to meet the criteria of the closing, after Sheegog provided the support to ensure the final payout would be issued to me. The roof was paid in full by insurance, the build is excellent and the new home owners are happy. Sheegog was responsive the whole time to answer questions and to provide follow up and follow through to get the job done. Their customer support was absolutely stellar and the workflow between a closing contract, and insurance claim and a hard moving date were not an easy thing to pull off given the way events unfolded. I highly recommend them for roofing needs. Their customer support is best in class."

"David did a good job, but there are a few things that didn't go quite right. They have to come back and repair a section of cap shingles that has an exposed nail. A sprinkler system riser was broken, but was easy to fix. Driveway got cracked when shingle delivery truck showed up to deliver shingles. Not unexpected, and probably unavoidable, but none the less, the driveway is cracked. The final estimate and cost is still being determined. It gets very confusing for the customer when the insurance company comes into play. It may be more of an insurance company problem than a Megram Construction problem."
