We are a family-run business dedicated to providing the highest quality roofs and best customer service based in both South Windsor, Connecticut (HIC. 0652610) and Naples, Florida.     "Review from friend was solid, everything going as expected until his sub-contractor didn't tarp the roof. Called Chris immediately and he said it would be taken care of, water to the basement, major damages and they sent a contractor in for cleanup after I handled most of it on my own and charged me for what I thought was cleanup and then they didn't reply to emails about the above and threatened to put a lien on my house. Didn't do work on contract, stated 'we make the call if it's necessary, it was on contract because that's (sic) standard'. Also voided warranty on 10k in skylights by improper install and kept stating they emailed gaurantee but has not. Just conversed with owner Chris tonight (late night text) and very confrontive, whole process was confrontive in manner. Also subs removed insulation and did not replace which I only recently found out about and had to replace as it was causing a cold corner of the area."

    "Made an appointment with "Chris"..he showed up on time for our 3 pm appointment, but proceeded to remain in his truck for about 10 minutes, in my driveway with the motor running. I went to the door a number of times, but he did not acknowledge me. He then drove off the premises. We thought he took some measurements and we would hear from him. It was odd, but we had no clue what was up. He returned about 10 minutes later and again remained in his truck with the motor running. I decided to go to his truck to speak with him. He opened the truck window and I heard him talking on his phone. I asked if he was coming in. He said he had a few things to take care of. By this time it was 3:30 pm. I reminded him I had a 3pm appointment. He grudgingly got out of his truck and came in the house. I introduced myself and my wife and Chris said "So you're getting a new roof? I said "maybe". He said "well do you want me to quote it or not?" I said "that's why we invited you here". He said, "because if you don't want me to quote it, I'm not taking any measurements". I said, "we want a quote". He paused for a full 30 seconds, then looked at me and said, "I think we got off on the wrong foot". Then said, " I am declining the job". He then walked out the door. Of course, I had not offered him the job. As he walked away I said to him, "I hope you don't treat your next customer this bad". Note to Chris...it's not good to s--- where you eat... BTY....I believe the owner of this company removed my negative review from YELP.....another reason not to do business with them."
