Customer Reviews

"I can't thank the Rector Team enough for the attention they gave to my project. The roof looks really good. They were always there to address my concerns."
"I wasn't overly thrilled using Rector Construction for my deck. I started the process months in advance so that I could have a 3 day project done within the 10 day timeframe I would be on vacation. I was told times they would be there to start work and each day I had to message hours after start time that no one had showed up yet. The project was not completed on time. I also asked if I should kill all of the weeds below where the deck was and told no that it wouldn't be a problem. Now, I have weeds growing through my deck. Before having the deck built, I used Praireview Landscaping which was owned by them at the time (not sure if they still own it or not) to level out the back yard and lay sod. They tilled more than my property. I was told conflicting information that they would come back and put grass seed on the area that wasn't my property. They didn't come back and now there are weeds growing through the new fence we had installed after. Also, I stuck to their watering schedule for the new sod and went 6 weeks past when they told me to water twice a day. All of the sod that was installed is now dead. Overall for the price points paid, a little over $11,000 I think, I got about $4000 worth of quality work."
"In the future I will do my research and hire a contractor that has more experience building what I need. Between the lack of craftsmanship, having trouble doing something as simple as measuring properly and using sub par wood I can not recommend Rector construction. I have hired another company to finish up my project this spring. Do yourself a favor and hire a more experienced company."
