"Not only did Evan arrange to come over to give me an estimate on my roof within hours of my call, he kept me fully updated with their progress. The materials were delivered timely and the next day the crew came to put the new roof on my house and garage working through the early evening to complete the job. The day my gutters were replaced. Such a smooth process and they did an excellent job keeping everything clean as they worked and before they left. A couple weeks later the City inspector came for his final inspection. He was very pleased but said he was not surprised because ProRestoratuin always does a good job. He has never had to issue a citation to them because they always file for a building permit immediately and always do what they say they are going to do. I have recommended them to others."
"Seems like many people have great experiences with this company but I have had the opposite. It started out great after the first appointment for an inspection but they were supposed to meet my insurance adjuster and pro restoration never showed up. I then can’t get a response from the pro restoration sales rep. I finally get a response after contacting the owner. I was still very understanding as I’m sure they’re busy. After the claim came back from my insurance I reached back out to the sales rep and never got a response again. I finally did and he just claimed he didn’t see the text. Then after sending over what my insurance had sent me, no response, no response. Finally I just said forget it and let the owner know I was moving on to another company because of the lack of communication on their end. His response was that my insurance company always tries to drive a wedge between them and the customer. Which is not true, my insurance company has zero to do with the lack of professionalism on their end. Regardless of hat my insurance pays, I still need my roof replaced but they’ve lost my business as well as any business relationship we may have had as I own a bit of real estate in the area. Really wish I could’ve had the same experience others have had but I think I was just dealt a bad representative unfortunately"
