"Purchased 10 Provia Endure windows to replace original windows on the house. Charles and Eli were very professional, informative during the sales presentation. They made suggestions that other companies had not considered or offered. The installation crew of Mitch and Sebastian were excellent. They were able to remove the old windows and install the new windows in one day. Joe our project manager kept us informed and resolved an issue with the screens on a couple of the windows to our satisfaction. From start to finish the process with Opal was easy and satisfying. Communication from Opal was consistent and timely. We are very satisfied with the installation and appearance of our new windows."
