"It's time to replace my parents roof, I helped them get about 7 roof quotes. This was a hard project for us. After gathering up information on all the Company's we narrowed down to 3. We went over the quotes, materials & warranty on complete job. "Next Dimension Construction and Roofing put a roof on my home last week and although it may not be possible to be more than 100% satisfied, I am. I obtained Four quotes for a new roof and Next Dimension was the last quote I got. It's TRUE sometimes you do get the best, last. Robert Campos the Sales Representative who came to our home gave my roof a thorough inspection and explained all about the different materials and the different costs associated with each different type of materials selected. There was no pressure to up sell, I was able due to Robert's explanations and responses to my questions for me to make a well informed decision on the materials and warranty on the roof that was right for us. "In these days I was not prepared for a company that, from beginning to end was professional, friendly and prompt. Virginia arrived on time and did my estimate. She was thorough and helpful. She was professional and patient. She answered all my questions and responded to all texts and calls from beginning to end. On the day of the job, the crew showed up on time and BOY DID THEY WORK HARD!! they were courteous and took great care of my gates, plants and yard. jimmy, the project manager, was here, he also was professional and watched over the work and answered all my questions and kept me informed on progress. When they finished, I'd never seen a crew so detailed in their finishing and clean up. I could barely find any debris. They cleaned and swept and blew! Oh, and Robert, the guy who brought and picked up dumpster. Friendly, professional and took into account I had a gate, when bringing the dumpster. He also cleaned the driveway, sidewalks and checked for nails again. And because of my insurance they did it all very quickly. If your looking for a roofing expert.
