"Neumann Construction dropped the ball. They lost paperwork which had to be completed two to three times and scheduled appointments where no one showed up. We have been waiting six months for repairs and have demonstrated tremendous patience. The only communication received is when we contact them. We have completed paperwork more than twice and have taken time from work to be home to meet workers. Neumann Construction has been delayed by hours but provided zero communication this was happening. Even after promises of making sure the job would finally be done right, they continued to be lax in their efforts. This is a disappointment to say the least. If you have options as far as construction or roofing goes, find someone else. The lack of professionalism is not worth it."

"Having previously used this company for a new roof for my primary home (great work) and referred this company to other neighbors (again, great work), I gave them a call for repairing a roof on a rental home in SW Florida and to also repair a neighbors roof next door to it. Estimator came out and evaluated both homes and indicated he would get us both an estimate in 3-4 days. Two weeks has gone by and no estimate even after placing 2 followup calls. I called again to ask for either test message/vmail indicating no-bid..so as to not waste time and move on to another roofer. Having used them in the past, I am disappointed with lack of professionalism and communication in this instance. Given the situation, not sure I could count on the roof installer project mgmt. or quality in case that area of the business has changed as well. At this point, don't feel comfortable referring them in either the Tampa Bay area or southwest FL for roofing."
