"We had a rather large tree fall and damage the house and roof during an ice storm. Jesse Hoptiak and his steam from Modern Remodeling came out immediately to cover the roof and get the paperwork started so we could get all our repairs done. We needed roofing, gutters, siding and windows and everyone was friendly, professional and on time. That is a big one for me since I am always running around. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
