"1- A bit of History - We just had to redo our 2yr OLD GUTTERS, because the PRIOR COMPANY did a terrible job. They made 4 attempts to correct their install but the corners all leaked, water was coming over the gutters and behind the gutters. The install was a disaster. 2- We discovered that finding a gutter company was not an easy task. Try Google and most of the finds were 800 numbers that do nothing but get you message box full of 3rd party contacts. 3- We found a local company and got a quote. Then our next door neighbor called us to relate problems with the work he did for them, because they saw his truck in our driveway. As it turned out his proposal probably would have left some issue that we had before. 4- We tried another company he came out looked and proposed what sounded like a proper solution, but never returned to measure and give an estimate. This was when we found MGS Construction. Al Guevara came right over. We discussed the current problems and possible solutions. Als' suggestions was pretty close to the proposal in #4 above (the guy who never returned). The proposal was not inexpensive but we liked it. You know what they say about bargains in parachutes, well add gutters to the list. The first contractor (who installed the problem gutters) had to be a low bid to our contractor at the time. The new gutters are great. Al went with 6" to replace the original 5" gutters (which were really 4" equivalants). MGS added a lower trim strip to the eave and wrapped it. The 6" gutters could now be mounted higher to allow better drainage from the increase slope. We have had 2 rains since the install. No water coming behind the gutters, over the gutters, no water running down the kitchen window (no leak). We are very satisfied with the work The pics were taken during a rain."

"I recently contracted with MGS Construction to install a new roof for my home and for my neighbor's home! My neighbor and I share a wall in the garage and therefore are considered a condex. Albeit, it is a unique situation that requires us to obtain a master policy hence, my neighbor and I must both agree on any property projects on a "studs out" basis. We are also both first time homeowners and it was our first time inquiring about a large project such as installing a completely new roof! Michael from MGS came out , met with us , and went over in great detail what the roof installation process consists of, the materials used, the warranty, etc. Mike spent at minimum, 2 hours meeting with us to make sure all of our questions were answered. Mike was thorough, pleasent, professional, honest and understanding throughout! We never once felt rushed to make a decision and that was personally one of the biggest reason why I chose to go with MGS. Other roofing companies that we met lacked that key component of understanding that this was a huge financial decision for us. Mike DID understand and he respected it. Once we decided to proceed with MGS for our roof installation, we were given control on how soon it could be done. Mike literally asked us what day was good for us, we gave him a date that was fairly soon ; and he made it happen! The project was scheduled for the date WE chose. On the day of installation, the crew showed up at 6:45/7am. I met the foreman Andrew who I must note was extremely accommodating with my need to exit and enter the house throughout the install day! He was also very down to earth and understanding which I greatly appreciated. The roofing crew was amazing! They worked so efficiently and diligently that they had BOTH roofs completely striped down to the plywood before 8am! By 2:30pm both of our roofs were completed and they looked outstanding! The whole expierence was flawless and that is extra ordinary considering the horror stories I've heard about other construction contractoring companies! I will be using MGS in the future for additional work I need done on my back deck! I will be recommending them to everyone I know! I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the whole process!
