    "We had a great experience with Meridian Restoration. Our contact was Gene. He helped guide us thru the process, It begins with Gene filing the claim with State Farm and also being here with the inspector. Our claim was approved and a full roof replacement was needed, The crew arrived as scheduled. They finish the job (including tear-off) by 2PM the that afternoon. One small thing was missed and they came back the next day to finish the job. Every step of the process was easy because Gene was clear and helpful. I strongly recommend Meridian Restoration!"

    "Meridian Restoration is "master class" in roof replacement! Sales Director Pantel A. deserves special recognition for his infinite patience and his willingness to go the extra mile for his customers. Those things really made an impression on us along with his personality plus, always smiling, positive nature. He knows the roofing industry, is very reliable and never once pressured us about anything. When we had questions, he responded immediately which is somewhat rare today. When we wanted to look at more shingle sample boards, he ordered them up, and within days, they appeared on our doorstep. It was/is quite apparent from the outset, that Pantel truly cares about his customers and his dedication to his projects. Pantel expeditiously initiated the process, and was involved in every step of the roof installation. In two days, our house was literally transformed into a castle. We opted for the "Ferrari" of shingles and went with an "open valley" design application which took the house next level and amazing curb appeal. Pantel & his crew were OUTSTANDING. The new roof exceeds every expectation! The crew came on day one and were organized, respectful and got to work immediately ripping off the old roof. They were exceptionally tidy also. They took out tarps to catch the debris and for the most part, were careful with the landscaping. By midday, the crew began installing the new shingles, and by day two, they completed the roof! The speed, efficiency, team coordination & installation were nothing short of amazing. They were very hard workers and we sincerely applaud them for their excellent work ethics and skills. From following up with our insurance to village permits they handle all of it. The roof part of the project is completed and we are very happy with the results.
