"Dustin was very friendly, helpful, informative and returned calls and texts promptly. It took awhile to get our roofs done but it was because of our insurance adjuster and bank. He helped push things through and the job was done right away. The crew were very good at what they do and did a great cleanup. Victor, the head guy, asked if there was a place close to our house to get food. It was 2 miles away and they deliver. He told me what he wanted but come to find out they didn't have anyone to deliver. Victor left to go somewhere so I went and picked it up so the crew could eat."
"Strange how my bad review was taken off. The crew Paul had do my roof after the derecho damaged my gutters, gutter guards and siding, fascia.. Roof leaked after it was done. He wanted me to pay him before all work was fixed. Said he would come back in spring of 2021. Haven’t seen him yet. Wouldn’t take responsibility for shoddy work.Luckily I was on a lift fixing the siding so I could see the damage. 1 star is being very generous."
"They did a great job reroofing the house. Provided good warranty. Even allowed me to remove some roof sheathing during the process so I could insulate an uninsulated portion of a sunroom roof while they completed the rest of the roof. The only issues were the oil stains left by one truck on the driveway and a bunch of nails I cleaned up after they left that they had missed when they cleaned up. They also forgot to take the screen out of the dryer vent, so our clothes dryer stopped working. Fortunately, these were all issues I knew how to correct easily myself, so I just took care of it and they gladly reimbursed me for my time."
