See, we're different because we get it - home improvements can really stink, especially if you choose the wrong company. So we turned the industry on its head. We don't accept any payment until our work is complete - unheard of! And then we back that work with a full 15-year workmanship warranty. Plus, we show up on time and we call you back. ERI was the project manager ,was so accommodating to our needs (His vinyl crew was outstanding, they take pride in their work ,down to details as if they were doing their own home.     "I was looking to get my siding done and everything seemed promising until the work began and there were multiple thing that just disappointed me. For one the workers were not professional, they left their personal trash (soda cans, wrappers, etc.) on the grounds around they property, swearing to each other even after mentioning the to the guy running the job. They were inconsiderate when it came to the landscape, I felt like there was a lot of damage done to the bushes, trees, and flowers that could’ve been avoided they set up in the lawn instead of just using the large driveway. But what really got me was that when looking at my gutter after the project was wrapping up, I realized that there was black spray paint around the bottom of the gutter near the elbow piece, I had picked black gutters, but they used a white elbow piece and spray painted it black in place. I also felt like some parts just looked unfinished. There wasn't good communication between the person running the job and the actual workers. I had lights that I want to put up in a specific order which I had sent to the one running the job, and they were put up wrong and had to be fixed, there was a flag that was taken down that I didn’t wanna put back up but it was put up by the worker anyways. Wouldn’t recommend, I regret not going with someone else even if it was more money. UPDATE: The company did reach out to me to resolve some of the issues above. With that being said it was also brought to my attention by Marshall’s contracted electrician that when installing the siding the workers had drilled through my electrical panel causing sporadic power lose and arcing in the panel, lucky it didn’t catch fire. This is still under investigation by Marshall’s and I am waiting to hear back with a resolution."
