"Used Mark Kaufman Roofing to replace roof damaged by Hurricane Ian. I received bids from about six local roofing companies, but Kaufman's was the only one who took time to explain procedures and answer lots of my questions about roofing and insurance prior to the sale. They spent a good hour on the phone before inspection, then additional time afterwards whein I decided to book them. Most of the other companies either blew you off or answered with stock replies. As for the work, they were on time and finished on time (two days). Since this was a tear down and a new roof they took care to keep my property clean from the expected shingles, nails and other junk associated with the tear off of the old roof. The new roof looks great and I assume it will be for many years to come. Kudos to their work crew and foreman, they did not waste time and did worked hard to stay on target. Super happy with the whole process -- five stars."

"Hello. Due to Hurricane Ian we had to replace the garage roof. After tons of paperwork with the insurance company and working out the details with the roofing company,the roof was replaced. Showed up on a Monday and finished on a Wednesday. Workers did an excellent job and management was pretty good and through with communication. Hopefully it will survive the next hurricane. Although this was only for the garage approximately 30x40,they made it look so simple. Definitely they knew what they were doing and gave a good quality product and service. TY. Ask for William when wanting to talk to a sales person."

"Mark Kaufman Roofing did an excellent job replacing my 25 year old tile roof. They were very timely with the installation especially considering that I contracted for the new tile roof about 10 weeks before hurricane Ian and they were actually scheduled to start my new roof the day after Ian. That was only delayed 1 week and they were able to complete the removal and installation of the new roof in about a week. They are very professional all the way from the sales person to the supervisors for each phase of the project."

"Contractor seemed to be knowledgeable and professional.the workers were polite. The only complaint would be not putting down enough tarps on my screened Lanai which would have prevented most debris from entering Pool and Lanai.. Drive was stained in several areas but contractor said it was caused by a delivery truck."
