"My husband and I used K&M Roofing and Contacting at the beginning of the year. We purchased a townhouse at the end of December 2022 and found out we had major roof damage. Dennis did our estimate on 1/24 and we had a new roof on 2/3. Everyone at K&M was wonderful to work with. Dennis and his crew started our roof around 7:30 am and were finished by 12:30 pm. I spoke with the guys at K & M and they were able to show and convince my insurance, without a doubt, that a new roof was needed and was badly damaged (including the one on my shed) and that the whole roof needed replacing. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
