J & M Roofing, Inc. is an Atlanta based roofing company. We have locations in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Arkansas and Alabama. We specialize in residential steep roof and commercial.

"Ideally I could give them zero stars because they never completed any service for me. I had them come out to inspect a possible leak in my roof. They were professional and prompt up until after the inspection. They identified the problem on-site, but after that, they never responded to me with a quote (or any correspondence for that matter). I gave them a few weeks before I called to check in, then another week, then a few days. After giving them 3 separate calls (3 separate chances to make the situation right), I gave up and tried another place. Took the new place all but 4 days to have an agent out to inspect the problem, send me a quote, and get the work scheduled. As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't matter how good of a job you can do if you can't be bothered to communicate with potential customers and get out to actually do the job. EDIT: This company has now spent more time and effort trying to mitigate my negative review than they did calling me back with a quote."
