"Nate was very responsive, getting out to the site the day after my initial call to fix leaks on flat roof residence made really troublesome by fast melting snow. He inspected the roof himself, then he actually got staff up on the roof yet that day. The work included but was not limited to, fixing leak around skylight. Repairs accomplished!
