"I’ve never met an owner who was so accessible to his client. He is responsive whether via text or phone calls. Chad is pure gold. He’s respectful, professional and solutions-driven. One time the crew accidentally blocked my car in the garage and Chad called and immediately offered to foot the bill for an Uber/Lyft to my destination. Could he be more awesome?!
