    "I don’t typically make these posts, but I feel this experience warrants it. Back in December my company took a job as a subcontractor for Dan Hausmann at American Craftsman and Tim O’Donnell at Green Tree Home Solutions. We were hired to do a clean out of a bunch of furniture and belongings of the previous owner on a building called “the stallion” in Woodriver Illinois. When the clean out was done we were told we were going to roll straight into demo work and go ahead and start it and send over an invoice. We did exactly that and the second day into the job they said they didn’t like our bid and we’re going to get backup bids. AFTER THEY HAD US START WORK! I realize not having a signed contract was our error but we had done a ton of work for them up to this point and trusted their integrity. We had our whole crew on this job and negotiated doing the demo for a break even amount to keep our guys working. We got the go ahead to keep working on a phone conference with Tim until a couple days later when the Union started picketing their job sites for using non-union trades and shut all of their sites down for Union negotiations. After reaching out multiple times with no return phone calls or communication I finally sent them an invoice for work completed that was less than a break even amount. They never responded and never paid. There is so much more to be said about this transaction but to spare the readers I’ll just say, be very careful about working with them. Make sure your contracts have secure lien verbiage for the states of Missouri and Illinois and get payments in advance."

    "I’ve never used this company before but one of your workers was driving their company car and was dangerously driving close to my car. I saw them switch lanes and do the same thing to somebody else that they were behind. Just make sure to remind your workers to do a better job at driving safe because you never know what can happen"
