"We were having moisture problems on our walls. We called multiple people and everyone had no idea what was causing it. Marc Ganser was the first and only one that could give us a solution to our problem. That we just needed to circulate the air by running our ceiling fans from time to time. It’s been 2 months now, and we have not seen any moisture since we took his advice. What a relief, and he didn’t charge us a dime for the information. I could not recommend Marc Ganser more, and I will be using their services in the future. Ganser had the answer!"

"I reached out for an estimate to replace windows and had an appointment within a week with Marc Ganser. To my surprise, he did an assessment and advised that new windows weren’t actually needed—only new sashes and hardware. He identified the brand and referred me to the company locally who carries that brand. He then answered my questions about other issues in the space, and recommended someone he trusts, again, outside of Ganser Company, who has the skills to do what I need. While I didn’t end up needing to use Ganser Company at this time, I certainly will call in the future when needed, given the outstanding ethics I witnessed today."
