  • "Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Our building hired them to remove ice from the gutters after a big snowstorm. Our association management also asked them about removing snow and ice away from the building, especially around the downspouts I sent pictures so the person knew exactly what I was talking about. Not only did they not remove the snow around the downspout near my unit they added chunks of ice from the roof, that they were supposed to dump on the side of the building, making the piles next to my unit even worse. They have actually no respect for the building or the unit owners property. Nick, our contact was rude and cavalier about the whole thing. He went the whole day not responding to my email that was in response to questions he had about the snow removal and then basically refused to remove the snow -- when he had been specifically asked in an email from our association manager if he could. If he would have been honest about not being able to this up front, I could have elevated this to the board while the workman were still there so they could have completed the job properly."
