Gave the go ahead for the replacement, with complete confidence that it would be done correctly. The crew that did the work were excellent. Dealt with Mollie and Guy during replacement. "I had a roof, skylight, and gutter replacement due to damage from a storm as well as from age. Mr. Cowan and his staff were the ultimate professionals during every step of the process from coordination of certain details with my insurance company through installation. Their product is high quality, and the installation process was seamless. They cleaned up and hauled off the waste including every old nail. I am older and this was my first claim but it was painless thanks to the professionalism and effectiveness of their approach. Their work and their service absolutely cannot be beat. I highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter needs anyone may have. They make it happen."
"we had some very old gutter guards replaced. Cowan had been recommended by a friend in Madison, several years ago, so they were our first call. They came out quickly and gave us an estimate, and the work was scheduled much more quickly than we expected. When the crew arrived, they were professional, informative, and even quiet. The work was completed in a few hours. Before they left, they told me that some shingles had been damaged in the course of getting the old gutter guards detached, and said they would be back to fix the roof as soon as they could get the matching shingles. We are elderly and would not have gone up and looked at the roof, and were impressed by their straightforwardness. They did come back quickly and repaired the roof. We will have to replace the roof in a few years and will of course call Cowan."
