    "After our last windstorm March 2023.I contacted Neil Sheffield. He came out and gave me an estimate, later that week he was supposed to meet with my insurance adjuster, he did a no call, no show.. My insurance reach out to him several times for some info he needed. He was meet with no response. I have been calling and texting only for Neil to ghost me. I would NOT even waste your time with this Company, very unprofessional! I would leave zero star if I could. Very unhappy!!!"

    "After the big wind storm in March 2023 we scheduled several companies to come out and inspect our standing seam metal roof. CMS scheduled our appointment for a week later at 10am. That day I took off work to be home to meet them and waited an hour before calling to find out that they where they were. No answer, no answer, no answer, finally went back to work to make a little money for the day if I could. The next day they called me and asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment, never mentioning the fact they missed the first. Okay, so we still need the roof fixed, they dropped the ball, so I scheduled another appointment. They came to that and said I would receive the quote in the next day or two. 10 days later here I wait after numerous calls. Confidence is zero in their ability to perform a watertight installation system on my roof based upon their performance so far. Seriously, if you can't manage an appointment or a promise, how could I expect you to manage a 30K roof? Keep looking for a different contractor if you expect customer service, and this is even after cutting them some slack. Update: Justin called late afternoon and explained there was a communication breakdown between the inspector and us (where that breakdown occurred is still otherwise contended). After sharing his disappointment in my initial one star review, he defended the time his company did take with us, and further took the time to listen to our construction concerns of the damage to the roof rafter system. While he was not capable of repairing the rafter system or provide an estimate for our construction concerns without outside coordination of framers or contractors not on his staff, he did provide a rough written estimate of necessary work he thought his company could do. He sent the estimate close to midnight, so for that, I also appreciate his effort to remedy the negative process of our experience. I have upgraded a one star review to 3 star, leaving my opinion as "neutral" to help guide others."
