We are a general contracting and roofing company that specializes in insurance restoration, though we also quickly process commercial and retail bids. We are a family based company with over 15 years of expertise, and have locations in Illinois (Chicagoland and Peoria), Georgia (Atlanta), and Colorado (Denver). We are licensed, bonded, and insured. "Jason Channer and C&N crew did a great job, went above and beyond our expectations. It was my lucky day when Jason drove around our house and spotted a flying singles and told me that he just going to check. He immediately fixed and told me that there are lot of singles damaged due to recent storms. He helped us submit a claim with our homeowners insurance. Initially our insurance approved only for the repairs! But C&N took video to describe how difficult it would be to make piecemeal repairs and scheduled the second inspection. Eventually, the insurance company approved a full replacement C&N Construction is flexible and friendly. Rain was expected on our initial scheduled day, C&N crew was ready and comfortable but we were not comfortable and concerned on rainy day and Jason rescheduled it for another sunny day. C&N Construction Inc., took care of everything - permits, inspections, etc. The roof replacement was done in a day and we are very happy with the result. I recommended Jason and C&N to my neighbors and friends and surprisingly most of them approved by their insurance companies! We highly recommend C&N Construction Inc."
"C&N were quick and professional. Service was scheduled for 7am and they showed up by 6:50am. Punctuality is a must for me, so I was excited when they pulled up with an entire team ready to work. The tare down and clean up were perfect. Their Sales Agent Ahmed was upfront, consistent, and on top of whatever questions I had prior to deciding on moving forward with a new roof! Overall, I would definitely utilize this company again. I’ve already referred them to a family member for future business."
"From day one when michael Laroche stop by the house to give us an estimate for the roof replaced he came and explained everything that we needed to know, measured and showed us different options of roof shingles.
