"Not only did Clayton Danner give me confidence he could get the insurance approved, he walked me through every part of it: he was on site (ON TIME, EVERY TIME) and worked with the insurance adjuster to get the amount for a full roof repair and the had it scheduled with perfect timing alongside other repairs I planned. When the crew showed up, their Production Manager Mike stated insurance would pay for new decking per code. They stopped laying shingles down and ensured the new decking was put down. Everytime I thought they would miss a spot, I waited and then they fixed a funky part of the roof. No need to mention anything. Let them do their thing and they got you. Immaculate work. Good crew, good team. They handled and walked you through everything with honesty and integrity, things could not have gone smoother. "BulletRoof installed the roof for my house in 2017. The job was fine. Now I am trying to set up an appointment with them to look at some minor problems, it has been about 10 days but no responses yet, not a very good sign. Some follow-up comments: 1. Yes, BulletROOF did contact me after I had posted the above message. However, I was asked me to pay a $250 service call fee before they could send a roofer to do the inspection, though the fee was refundable if they got the repair job. They did send me a quote simply based on the roof photo that I had sent to them (It was taken by another roofer). 2. So, I contacted two other local roofers, both came and physically inspected the roof problem for free. Both roofers told me that the last section of the flashing between the wall and the roof had not been properly installed, instead, somebody had haphazardly caulked the area (see the attached photo). Since no one has touched that section of the roof since it was installed by BulletROOF in 2017, I could only guess that the problem was the result of bad craftmanship on part of the BulletROOF. When I emailed BulletROOF about the issue, they chose not to directly respond to my concern. 3. When I signed the contract to install the roof in 2017, I was also misled by my project manager from BulletROOF (I think that he is no longer working with the company) to believe that I had a10-year labor warranty but in fact I had only 2-year warranty. I have our email correspondence as proofs. To the credit of BulletROOF, they did come and fix a minor issue in 2021 for free but refused to honor the 10-year warranty as promised by the project manager in the email."
