"Excellent experience working with Big League Roofers. I am in the Louisville market but I understand the service providers I worked with also cover the Lexington market. A service rep was walking my neighborhood after a storm and provided a detailed and thorough review of my roof’s status. Showed detail pictures of damage from all areas of my roof and also code violations from the previous install / repair. I put them in contact with my insurance agent and they worked well together with thankfully limited involvement required of me until they agreed on repairs. Service rep met with me again, showed options for repairs including what was covered and what would be additional cost to me. Wasn’t a hard sell but spent time walking me through all options and get me scheduled. They notified me early when they had a cancellation and opening and then were flexible when I had to work around other service providers. The work itself was great. Arrived by 7:30am and by 2:30 I had a brand new fantastic looking repaired roof. Every scrap and roof tack from the old roof was disposed. No loose pieces for my pets to trip over. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional from the laborers to the sales reps and office folks who followed up with me and my insurance. The whole process was one of if not the best service projects I ever went through. Kept me involved and updated as I needed to be, but they are professional and experienced enough to get the job done and coordinate with my insurer so it was not a burden to me. I highly recommend Big League Roofers!"
"I would highly recommend this company , they came out promptly and was very detailed and saved me a tremendous of amount of money. I was told that I needed a new roof by another company, I had no idea how I was going to replace a my roof being that I was on a fixed income. Someone told me about this company they said they were honest and above board with me. I called and was so glad that I did it was a condensation problem.
