Bella Built is a fully insured, family owned and operated roofing business, serving both residential and commercial customers. Bella Built is a GAF Master Elite Contractor, which is a huge accomplishment in the roofing industry. Only 2% of the roofing contractors in the North America have achieved this status! Kevin Stenberg, owner of Bella Built, has been in the roofing business for over 20 years. He started his company in 1998 with a goal of bringing a level of professionalism to the roofing industry. Bella Built’s main objective is to educate our customers and let them know the importance of a good, quality roofing system. We strive to please our customers with a 100% satisfaction and that is why we offer the best warranty in the industry. When you partner with Bella Built for your roofing system, you will receive a 50 year non prorated manufacturer warranty on select shingles for your residential home or a 40 year manufacturer warranty on select shingles for your multi-family or commercial properties. This warranty includes replacement and tear off of shingles.
