  • "Would love to give 0 stars. Neighbor of someone who used their services. I’m familiar to the industry and the amount of time that it takes to get work done is so slow, lots of OSHA issues, lots of shorty work, I had 2 diffenent vehicles have nails in tires due to no clean up. For your neighbors sake, don’t hire this company. They parked in front of the end of my driveway for 4-5 days and I had to drive through my yard every time I had to leave. I reached out to the owners and no response."

  • "We are currently under contract with Bel-Aire Home Improvement and are very dissapointed with the service we have received to date. We had a tree fall on our house and had extensive damage. There have been quality issues and communication issues. Examples: 1) We were told a few months back that the replacement window and door were ordered (exact same ones so they would match the other windows). Fast forward to last week when we asked about the status of the window and door, now they aren't able to find the same ones and asked if another color would be acceptable. 2) We were given an update the middle of last week saying painters would be there this weekend. (Sounded kind of fishy as they hadn't been doing weekend work previously). We happened to stop by on Thursday night to pick something up and saw that about 25% of the drywall joints had not been tapped and muddled yet. So there was no way painters were coming this weekend. 3) In general, the drywall installation is poor quality - excessive screws, excessive gaps, broken corners. Along the edge where the ceiling and wall come together there is a gap of up 1/2" in the drywall (in the part not yet mudded). I am certain if this is left this way and mudded, it will crack. This has been brought to their attention and has yet to be remedied. 4) They took it upon themselves to use our folding chair, without asking, and got joint compound on the fabric seat. To make it worse, there is a folding chair with a tear in the seat that would have been a more suitable one to use."

  • "Very prompt service. Called John about a small fix and he stopped by the next morning and did the job immediately. Thumb up."
