Our company was established in 1972 and fifty years later we have been the trusted contractor to thousands of homeowners in the Washington DC Metro area. They were exceedingly diligent in helping navigate roof options, coordinating timing and materials delivery with my schedule, ensuring clean up at the end of every day, etc. In my case there were no extra charges at the end of the project. The roof looks great and after a couple of severe rains I have no leaks at skylights or elsewhere. I was not looking forward to this major roofing project but I must say they made it as painless as possible. I totally recommend them!"

    "I'm a relatively new homeowner, so after a storm damaged my roof, I had no idea how to get my roof repaired or how to navigate the home insurance claim nightmare. I was so grateful when my friend's husband (who is a contractor specializing in home insurance jobs) recommended I call a company local to me called American Custom Contractors. My friend's husband told me he had worked with the company previously and knew that the company had good people, does good work, and is trustworthy. I'm happy to say that he was 100% right. Initially, my home insurance company only wanted to pay to replace a few shingles on my roof, but American Custom Contractors advocated on my behalf, and we were able to get the home insurance to replace my whole roof! There was months of back and forth with the home insurance company, but American Custom Contractors really allayed my anxiety during this whole process. In fact, everyone I met and spoke to at the company knew exactly what they were doing and were polite and professional. I felt like I was in good hands during the entire process. I'm happy to say my roof is now brand new and beautiful. I highly recommend American Custom Contractors for their superb customer service and high quality work."
