"I DO NOT recommend this business. They are dishonest and slow. I had a sunroom put in this summer. They lied to me about permit requirements: when asked if they had the permit - first they said they did not need one, when pushed they said they had one with the county, when pushed further they ended up getting one with the village 17 days after they started work. They did not get a structural rough-in inspection - they said they called the inspector and explained the build over the phone and was okayed. Village and inspector say no way that occurred. So we have no inspection on the structure - all we can do is hope it was done per code and lasts (already had two cracks in the walls). I asked the project manager at the beginning how long it would take and he said two weeks. A couple of workers there with him said probably 3-5 weeks. It ended up taking 19 weeks. Only two worked on it at a time and spent maybe 9-12 hours per week on the job. There were times a week would go by with no work done. Always excuses on their end. The roof had to be taken down and redone after project manager said it would have a certain pitch but he put up a flat roof. I could go on but I am limited on how long this can be. This company epitomizes "contractor woes"! One thing they were not slow about - they cashed the final check the next business day!! Save yourself the headache and find someone else to do your work."
