A Old Time Roofing has been serving the Pinellas County area for almost 30 years in all phases of roofing i.e.: Shingles, Flat (modified), Tile and Metal. Most of our new customers are from the referrals of existing customers. I have strong community loyalty and take pride in the work that my company does. All of my employees have been with me for a minimum 8 years and we use NO "sub-contractors". I wish to say "thank-you" in advance for any opportunity to handle your roofing needs. "I purchased a house early 2022 and the seller told me the roof was under warranty. The roof is only 3 years old, it is leaking in multiple spots. We called Old Time roofing and they told us the warranty doesn’t carry over once the property is sold. Then they proceeded to tell us that they could have some one come out and give us an estimate to fix it. ( Who in there right mind would use the same company to fix a roof that is a couple years old). Makes sense they don’t want to warranty there shotty work. 3 year old tile roof that leaks in multiple spots and the flat roof out back leaks everywhere. Stay Away from this company!"
