We called Old Time roofing and they told us the warranty doesn’t carry over once the property is sold. Then they proceeded to tell us that they could have some one come out and give us an estimate to fix it. ( Who in there right mind would use the same company to fix a roof that is a couple years old). Makes sense they don’t want to warranty there shotty work. 3 year old tile roof that leaks in multiple spots and the flat roof out back leaks everywhere. Stay Away from this company!"
