Base Sheet Fastener

The Drill-Tec™ CR-Base Sheet Fastener with plate is a, precision formed from G-90 galvanized steel, coated with CR-10. assembled with a 2.75“ Galvalume^® plate. A Pogo Stick or wooden mallet should be used to install the fastener. This fastener is designed to secure base sheets to a minimum 2” thickness of poured lightweight insulating concrete or various gypsums.

The Drill-Tec CR-Base Sheet Fastener with plate is Factory Mutual and Dade County approved.

Lightweight insulating concrete must be surface dry and reasonably smooth prior to roofing. For the best performance, the fastener should always be installed perpendicular to the substrate.

The CR Base Sheet Fastener with plate is FM approved to I-150 with certain base sheet and insulating concrete combinations.

Note: Prior to job start, contact the manufacturer to determine the correct nailing pattern. On reroofing applications, prior to job start, roof should be inspected or tested to determine the pullout values.
